1.1 Parties to the Agreement
These terms and conditions apply between bhggo ("Platform", "we", "our") and any person who accesses or registers on this website ("User", "you"). These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Account & Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account and use bhggo's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must create a genuine account in your own identity.
- You are participating on the platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
- You are not registering from a region or country where such services are legally prohibited.
- You have not previously had an account banned or permanently suspended on bhggo.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. If an attempt to create multiple accounts using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is detected, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Verification
bhggo may request documentation for identity verification at any time. This may include a National ID (NID), passport, birth registration certificate, or other relevant documents. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in withdrawal access being temporarily suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Never share your password, login details, or account information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
To make a deposit on bhggo, you must be a registered and verified account holder. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all payment methods).
- Deposits must be sent only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Depositing through a third party or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
- bhggo does not charge any additional fee for processing deposits.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be processed. Important information regarding withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard processing time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- If suspicious activity is detected, bhggo reserves the right to place a withdrawal request on hold pending investigation.
- If any bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled, winnings related to that bonus cannot be withdrawn.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit at bhggo, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. If ৳34,000 is deposited, the maximum bonus is ৳20,000 and the total balance will be ৳54,000.
No promo code is needed for this bonus — it will be added automatically on the first deposit.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — this applies to the bonus only, not to the original deposit.
If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled. Wagering requirements can only be met through bets placed in bhggo's approved game categories.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus is applicable only once — the same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- bhggo reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If fraudulent activity or abuse of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Two bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
5.1 General Gaming Policy
All games and bets on bhggo are conducted purely for entertainment purposes. Advanced technology is used to ensure fair play on our platform.
- In the event of any error or technical issue, bhggo reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game or bet, bhggo's decision will be considered final.
- Transactions resulting from system errors or technical issues may be reversed.
5.2 Sports Betting Rules
Cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports betting are governed by the following general rules:
- Bets placed before a match begins are determined by the final result of the full match.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bhggo will refund the relevant bets.
- Bets placed on live betting may not be changeable or cancellable.
- bhggo uses data from recognised official and international sources to determine results.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bhggo and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
- Employing any strategy or fraudulent method to influence game outcomes.
- Placing opposing bets on the same event in an attempt to fulfil bonus requirements.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
VIP Program Rules
6.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits
The bhggo VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Regular and active players may be promoted to a higher VIP tier. Tier changes are at bhggo's discretion.
bhggo reserves the right to change VIP benefits, terms, or the rewards structure at any time. Cashback amounts will be determined based on user activity and applicable conditions.

Account Suspension & Termination
8.1 Account Closure by bhggo
bhggo may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- If the user is found to be under 21 years of age.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any applicable balance will be returned prior to account closure, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements. Re-registration after account closure is at bhggo's discretion.
